TVP 19 is recommended for use in non-corrosive applications. Through molecular distillation, light end fractions are removed, resulting in lower vapor pressures and reduced backstreaming compared to undistilled refinery products. These properties allow TVP 19 to be used with the more expensive diffusion pump fluids that can otherwise be contaminated by a lesser fluid. Compared to refinery fluids, TVP 19 offers reduced maintenance costs, better pumping cycles, longer fluid life, and a cooler running pump. 

TVP 19 ULTRA is a semi-synthetic hydrocarbon fluids designed to endure thermal and chemical stresses much better than standard vacuum pump fluids. The ultra-refined process eliminates nitrogen, sulfur, oxygen, and aromatic hydrocarbons, leaving a clear base stock virtually free of impurities.

The additive package will not volatize under thermal stress; the antioxidant will stay in solution and bond up to four times as many radicals as other antioxidants, extending the life of the pump and the fluid.

 TVP 68 vacuum oil is a synthetic hydrocarbon fluid that permit strain-free cold starts as a result of their low pour point and high viscosity index.  In addition, because the fluid maintains its viscosity at high temperatures, it provides a good seal under full-load conditions.
Among other properties offered by TVP 68 product is its unique molecular structure are low vapor pressure, and chemical resistance and high temperature stability superior to those of other high performance oils such as standard mineral oils.

TVP 77 is a general purpose hydrocarbon fluid designed for use in rotary vane piston pumps. Its high viscosity provides the necessary lubrication and sealing required for piston pumps in non-corrosive applications. 

TVP 45ZX is a synthetic hydrocarbon fluid that permits strain-free cold starts as a result of its low pour point and high viscosity index – the viscosity is lower than that of a typical vacuum pump oil at low temperatures. In addition, because this fluid maintains it's viscosity at high temperatures, it provides a good seal under full-load conditions.

Dow Corning® High Vacuum Grease is a silicone-based, odorless, translucent white-grey grease suitable for use in sealing and lubricating. A stiff, non-melting silicone material, Dow Corning High Vacuum Grease seals and lubricates valves, bearings, gaskets, O-rings, and vacuum and pressure systems. It has good lubricating and sealing ability, as well as low volatility. Dow Corning High Vacuum Grease is also chemically resistant, and maintains its consistency over a wide temperature range from -40 to 204°C.
